I started a new research project today. I hope Prof. M to collaborate with it but I did not ask yet.

Lost an important thing

急に鼻血出てきた。やばいか、そろそろ。
I lost an important thing.
It was an item having a good smile face.
It gave me a comforting environment with a good smell, a good appearance, a good texture, and a good taste to keep the motivation for everything.
Because I really thought I kept holding it, I kept it in a pocket of my wallet.
It held a lot of memory with me.

I loved it but lost it. 

I felt hurt even if I expected it happens a day.

Fukubukuro 福袋

I bought a bottle of Tamagawa Fukubukuro in Kyoto.
Fukubukuro is a new brew, nonheated, nonfiltered sake.
The including tax price of a bottle is 1595 yen.
The polishing ratio is 60% and the ABV is 17%.

Kanji meaning Tamagawa was engraved on the cap.

The liquid color was clear.

By a sip, I felt sour, a fresh aroma like melon, and squeezing my tongue by soft alcohol.

After that, a melon-like smell went through the nose. In terms of taste, I prefer this style. 

Hatsu sugata 初すがた

The season has come for new brew sakes from about November.
A few months ago, I bought one. It was Hatsu Sugata as a limited bottle. This bottle is necessary to keep cold because it is nonheated and nonfiltered.

A bottle of 720 ml is 1450 yen excluding tax. The including-tax price is 1595 yen. The polishing ratio is 55 %, and the ABV is 17 %.
I took only a photo because I opened it at a party with my friends.

I felt the taste was complex. The first of the sip was sweet, but an aroma came and the bitter alcohol followed.
The smell was also sweet and elegant.
That was a very fantastic taste. I like this.
