Ramen Shi Ryu

A friend told me a ramen shop in the Higashi Ginza area.

Today, my friends and I talked about what we do after the COVID-19 epidemic.
Though I thought it was the best answer that we will drink a lot of sake in a restaurant, a friend had a better answer. He said we will want to have ramen.
That was so good. I moved.

We work on the Higashi Ginza area and we focus on there.
I recommended a Tonkostu ramen restaurant whose name is Yamachan.
Another one did Genraku and Ippudo. I knew already both. There was no impact.
The last friend recommended Shi-Ryu. What? I did not know it. That was a high impact. The ramen was attractive.
So, after the epidemic, I will go there to have 4 Ten-Mori.

Oze no yukidoke momoiro nigori

I did not update this sake review, although I drank this bottle.
The name is Oze no yukidoke momoiro nigori. The bottle of 1.8l is 3300 yen, including tax.
The bottle appearance was the following.

The appearance was pink, but it was not bottle color, and that is the liquid color itself. The upper liquid was bright pink, but the bottom was cloudy whitish. The whitish region consisted of Ori, which has a mild savory texture.
And the liquid had not been stopped the fermentation. So, the cap of the bottle needed a hole to release gas.

When I opened it, I thought it would make a popping sound by gas, but actually, there was no sound. Very smooth.
The color was also cloudy pink.

The taste was so good. I felt that this taste was so unique. The texture was great smooth, and the flavor was sweet like some sour fruits, for example, strawberry.

The following picture was taken in the sake restaurant "Sakurai" in Tateishi.
I had not been able to stop thinking about this bottle from when I drank this one.

Now, Sakurai does not open because of COVID-19. When it opens again, I may not be able to stop going there for new other bottles I will prefer. I hope finishing COVID-19.

Ura-shinigami nakagumi 裏死神 中汲み

Ahh, I forgot to put my sake review here though I drank a lot of bottles.
A month ago, I bought a rare bottle which is Ura-shinigami Nakagumi. 

The appearance of the bottle was the following picture. The price of the 1.8l bottle was about 5000 yen. 

Normal Ura-shinigami has also been a rare bottle, but this bottle has been a special one that only the Sugiura store has bought. The back label was this.

The liquid color was bright but a little yellowish. The taste was strong and super dry.

That was a good one. But, the Ura series is too dry and too classic for me. I felt the normal one was more strong and has a deep aroma.  

hard to have self control

Getting self-control is very difficult. Many people work at home but not in an office. We design the office to concentrate on working, but we do not do home.
There are many toys at home. They disrupt our creativity and productivity. Even if we have self-discipline, some toys break the discipline when we see them.

So, as I wrote before, I have worked in a dark, rainy sounded, room to avoid the temptations. I turn light off, close curtains, and access rainymood.com. I cannot see anything except for what I want to do.

Recently, I have had web meetings in the room. The members saw the room through a web camera, but no one understood this environment. I realized professional people control themselves very well. They are too good, but I cannot have self-control. Maybe, I should approach a professional person in another way.
