Having cups of Sake, I loose feeling to write an article in this blog. So actuality, I drank a lot of new bottles, but I did not write an essay about a new bottle of Sake here.
Anyway, I got an excellent Sake. The name is Ohju. This bottle is that Sake was brewed from H29BY (barth year) rice.
A liquor shop I went to frequently said that a very sincerity brewery makes Ohju. The shop pushes this maker. This is a pleasant smell like old wine.
At the sip, I got a rice teste first and felt a strongness of alcohol as the after taste. The after teste made it clear.
This 720 ml bottle was 1300+tax.
